Cape Cod Foodie Tours is the first walking food tour of its kind on Cape Cod. We operate seasonally from late spring through early fall.
After many years as an insider on the Cape Cod food scene a desire was born to support and showcase small owner operated businesses while answering that age old question, from tourists and locals alike: “where should we eat?”
Barnstable’s seacoast village of Hyannis boasts over 50 owner operated restaurants and food related businesses. Having celebrated their 375th birthday in 2014 the main streets and waterfront of Hyannis hold many interesting tales from sea captains to the Kennedy’s! Another birthday to highlight during the 2017 season is the centenary of John F. Kennedy’s birth. The John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum will celebrate with an exhibition “JFK at 100: Life and Legacy”.
Our goal is to have you experience a broad sampling of freshly prepared foods while walking the historic and scenic streets of Hyannis. You will enjoy foods from Cape Cod’s first churrascaria to pizza from a 6000 lb. wood-fired oven built in Naples, from Vesuvian rock and ash and much, much more!
