There are 2 parking lots within a 4 block radius of the meeting location and street parking is available but limited. Please read all signs when looking for street parking to avoid getting ticketed. Specific parking details will be included in the meeting location directions after purchasing tickets.

We will have tastings at 7 locations and this is generally sufficient so guests don’t need lunch afterward.

The tour covers approximately 1.8 miles over a 2.5-3 hour period of paved streets and paths. We do recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. We walk at a relaxed pace and stop frequently, including spending approximately 15-20 minutes at each of the designated tasting spots.

Yes! There is so much to see during the tour and it would be absolutely worth it to bring a camera.

The tour ends 15 minutes away from the starting location. Your tour guide will be more than happy to give directions back to the starting location, for public transportation or point you in the right direction for your next destination.
There is also a FREE trolley service offered by the CCRTA which runs from June 20th to September 7th every half hour from 10:00a-9:15p. Passengers may board at any scheduled stop or may flag down the driver along the route which loops from the Transportation Center, down Main St. to Sea St. to South St. to the Waterfront and beyond. http://www.capecodtransit.org/hyannis-trolley.htm

While we will be sure to point out some local hotspots and shops, we ask that you refrain from shopping during the tour. It is important that we stay on time so our food vendors know what to expect and when to prepare your tastings.

Since we will be entering various food establishments, and as a courtesy to the other guests on the tour, all pets, with the exception of trained service dogs, are prohibited on the tour.

No smoking is allowed in the tour group. If you need to smoke during the tour, please separate yourself from the group as to not disturb other guests and catch up with the group when you have finished.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions tours are not operational and therefore gift certificates are currently not available for purchase.

While children are welcome on the tour, please keep in mind that tours are 2.5-3 hours long and we walk approximately 1.8 miles. Some children have a limited attention span, therefore the tour may not be appropriate for them. You know your child best, so please consider whether the tour is appropriate for your child. All children 5 years and older are required to have a ticket. Children 4 years and younger can attend for free if they will not be participating in the food tasting, but please let us know if you’ll be bringing your children when purchasing your tickets.

Absolutely not! Our tours combine architectural commentary, historical facts, local culture and culinary insight into a unique 3-hour experience. Imagine walking through the village eating our local artisans most delicious foods while learning the neighborhoods from real locals and washashores.

Please be sure and let us know if you (or anyone in your group) has a dietary restriction (e.g. vegetarian, diabetic, allergy, etc.) when you purchase your tickets. As long as we know in advance, we try to accommodate most needs where possible.

Yes, advance booking online is required. Events typically sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the date, time, and the number of people you prefer, please book well in advance.

We do not provide a waiting list. If a date and time is sold out please email us to let us know what date you are interested in if you do not see availability.

Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%-20%.

Yes, bathrooms are available during the tour at selected food-tasting locations.

The tours are held rain, shine, or snow. In the event of inclement weather, we will be able to go inside many of the establishments on the tour. However, we advise to check the weather conditions for your days event and dress appropriately.

Since there are some steps involved in the tour, we do not recommend the tours for those with wheelchairs or strollers.

At this time, we do not offer tours in any other languages except English.

We absolutely do! We can accommodate a variety of special requests (family reunions, Birthday parties, out of town guests, corporate, conventions, festivals, parades, grand openings and more).

You should bring with you a camera and a small bottle of water. When it’s really hot out, we recommend an application of sunscreen on exposed parts of the body and a lightweight pair of sunglasses. During the cooler months it’s important to wear and an extra layer of clothing.
